Doing an assignment for my Degree on pre-hospital shoulder reduction from a Paramedic perspective primarily.  Any arguments, for or against or advice on this very interesting and though provoking subject would be appreciated.  I am a Registered Paramedic in the UK and feel it could be benificial if the correct training is given.</description>
